      Pros

      A "white hat" public relations agency. Take a close look at some of the other agencies out there and their client base - this matters. If you want to work for an ethical employer, this is the place to make that happen. Very smart people, very focused on superior content development and quality deliverables. You will work hard, but you will learn.

      Cons

      This is dated, but at that time, professional growth opportunities were at a premium.

      Pros

      Great PR experience, Great office locations and Benefits.

      Cons

      No sense of working as a unit. Different practice groups are forced to only think about bringing in $$ that it becomes a divider. It is all about who is the highest biller, how many hours do I get, and who can I blame. The issues amongst the partners is visible, there is allot of tension and a culture of "throw someone under the bus". Walking around the office is discouraging. It makes you feel like major layoffs are going to take place (when everything is fine). Fake smiles, lots of stress and no sense of job security.
