      There aren't any pros. Stay away from this place.

      Cons

      If you don't suck up to management, they will try to tarnish your name. I left and my old manager and her colleagues continue to harass me. I was also targeted by strangers due to what she has said. I had to leave not just my job, but also the town and its surroundings.HR will not be on your side. There is a reason for the high turnover rate. I am warning you. stay away from Wiley College.
