Scott Wilson - Arrogant, misogynistic owner. Work conditions are deplorable! Bathroom is disgusting and is shared with 300 employees plus customers. Entire place is filthy dirty. Cockroaches cover the kitchen and bakery and make work a miserable experience. The management team is a joke. They simply don't care at all about the people working there and still expect 60 hour work weeks as the norm. Bullying is the key motivator. You are expected to not have a life outside of work. The whole operation is run like a modern day slave plantation with hundreds of illegal immigrant workers that are treated like they are not human and should have no rights whatsoever. I'm an educated, highly experienced professional and not a disgruntled employee. Just disgusted by this company and the reality of the behind the scenes operations. Customers would not step foot in this place if they knew the conditions and the way workers are treated. It is a revolving door of unhappy employees. The positive review here is a fake review written by the company to continue to mask the deplorable and poorly managed operation.
