Disappointing & Toxic

Pros

-I worked with some brilliant people -Worked on Projects and I do have an interest in this. -Salary is not too bad

Cons

-False Culture what is portrayed and the narrative the business use is not even close to how it is. There are so many people leaving at the moment not just for a better opportunity but to be somewhere they can be happy -Communication is poor and there are so many ambigious messages and it is hard to get a clear answer. -They hold back individuals and promote the cheaper, "yes" people options. -The vast majority of the leadership team have poor people management experience, speaking for EMEA here. -I have personally be subjected to bullying and lack of any support and complete disregard for my mental well-being. Yet these people are still employed here.

Inhuman conditions

Pros

There was an unlimited PTO before, but now you cannot take it.

Cons

This company creates incredibly harsh conditions for its employees. There's an abundance of insincere behavior—fake smiles, faux "support," and phony displays of productivity. Any disagreement or criticism results in being subjected to various forms of psychological abuse before being sidelined. Senior management wears fake smiles, but middle management treats employees as inconsequential. Despite excessive workloads, employees are perpetually told they're not doing enough and face punitive measures. The company indulges in pointless trainings and calls, with middle management mirroring work to prove their necessity. There's an excessive number of managers leading to intense micromanagement, inundating employees with numerous "trackers," even tracking the process of filling out trackers. Failure to meet targets leads to constant threats and intimidation. The company might raise targets unexpectedly, cut bonuses, and take measures to avoid paying employees. Overall, the company resembles a jar filled with hungry rats, showcasing a toxic and hostile environment.

Not the same company I joined 3 years ago

Pros

Currently it's hard to think of any

Cons

Lack of direction, secrecy, culture of fear. There is never any explanation around any changes. People who choose to leave are not allowed to announce it. If you're lucky you get moved to an NAM account as EMEA ones are managed differently. It all adds up to a culture now where people have no idea what's going on and are scared to ask. It's a radically different culture to how the company was 3 years ago.
