Pros

Nothing. You will be underpaid and under appreciate

Cons

Toxic manager and wife team that use office as personal workspace. Wife works on her “paralegal” duties while also “managing” office. Overpaid self just for sitting in the office most days.

Pros

Office manager was a decent guy. Time off whenever you needed. Frequently bought lunch.

Cons

Extremely rude co workers. Ended up handing most of their work because customers refused to deal with them because of the rudeness. Sales reps lying to customers telling them 6-9 weeks for window production and installation when the truth was closer to a year. Installers who were drunk or strung out on dope. Office manager that was a total wimp, and as a result it was anything goes

Pros

The owner Greg Deathridge is by far one of the most down to earth people you will ever meet. He cares about his employees, the customers, his products, and his company.

Cons

Severe lack of communication. Upper management is very harsh, rude, and lack training...when asked exactly what was expected of me, I was given three names and told what ever they tell me to do.

Pros

Plenty of autonomy, small office environment, great quality product, nice owners.

Cons

First, let me state that it’s a franchise so management is different everywhere. But the pay was very low considering the amount of responsibility. We only hired sub-contractors as installers and it was a revolving door of people who didn’t care about work quality. As such, I was CONSTANTLY trying to resolve customer complaints. I worked alone during the quiet season (all winter) and that got really boring.

Pros

Great Pay, Weekends/Holidays/Evenings off, Flexibility when you have personal issues, paid weekly.

Cons

-Extremely stressful work environment. -Most Installers & Sales Reps have a criminal background and are allowed to go into the customers homes. -Constantly told to lie to customers in regards to when their contracts were entered into the system, why their order is on delay, why the installer hasn't come right back out to complete their job, Customers are constantly yelling, cussing, and belittling you over the phone and management doesn't back you up. -Installers are Independent contractors and don't care about doing anything other than getting the windows installed and getting paid. -Expected to do everyone else's work at the drop of a hat because they're too lazy to do their own work and your work gets behind because of it. Then, management doesn't care why you weren't able to get your work done. - Sales Reps LIE to every customer by promising things the office isn't able to uphold. - Office Manager gets away with everything and is never held accountable for their mistakes. - Be Prepared to always get in trouble for everyone else's mistakes. - Sales reps turn in incomplete contracts and you have to complete their work even though they make 2x what you make. - Installers come in High & Drunk then go out to do installs. **I have found the less you do there, the better off you seem to be!!**
