If you are Sick in the ER and down for a week you get fired. Training is non existent .

You wont make any money

I was not only required to sell in-home but also responsible for all product measurements (since I left, they've moved to full-time measure techs), and I was back-charged for any mismeasures. At times, I felt like management was only sometimes on my side. While my overall experience there was excellent, this one area made for some challenging times.

No real training or program.

Severe lack of communication. Upper management is very harsh, rude, and lack training...when asked exactly what was expected of me, I was given three names and told what ever they tell me to do.

Management is horrible. Don’t know how to act professional or support employees. Never know what mood management will be in, you come in with anxiety every morning. Giving you fancy titles but paying like dogshit. No training but expecting you to know everything and never make a mistake. You get eye rolls and push back when you need time off and they will make you work if you are sick with no regards for doctors advice. STAY AWAY I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
