      Worst company ever.

      Pros

      Not many when your in Chapter 11. Finally have some really good product.

      Cons

      Sales direction changes on a regular basis. To many reports, a lot of admin time. Being in Chapter 11 does not help.

      Pros

      Aside from a somewhat steady paycheck if you don't get impacted by workforce, reductions, there aren't many.

      Cons

      Never have I worked for a company who DID NOT support employees as much as Windstream. You'll go through several direct supervisors who most likely aren't qualified for their role and despite what they tell you, they won't care about your role or your career goals. They'll do whatever they can to keep you from growing on your career path.

      Nice chairs and nice cubicles. The coffee was good and free

      Cons

      This is Windstream Enterprises. Filed bankruptcy in Feb. 2019. Gave the CEO and President 20% raises after the stock dropped 80% If you are hired, expect to be laid off
