Amazing 30% staff discount since I was with the Malaysian branch (Topshop UK only gives employees 25%), paid sick leave even for part timers, lovely coworkers, exciting and fun environment everyday, uniform allowance aka free clothes (a perk Topshop UK and many other retail stores don't offer!)

Cons

Working hours can be long and boring sometimes if you're given the same task for the entire shift, job rotation doesn't happen often so I was fairly bored for the first few months doing the same thing
