Pros
1) Decent Commission - up to 20% (depending on performance ofcourse) 2) No micro-management 3) A lot of freedom which is always a good thing 4) Work from home options and flexible working hours 5) Not a boiler room with people constantly breathing down your neck 6) Excellent place to work - to raise the employee profile and all employees end up moving to better jobs in subsequent years with significant increase in earnings.
Cons
1) A lot of wrong people are hired for their job (some of whom consistently under-perform) 2) Basic is definitely less than industry standards 3) The freedom we have is sometimes misused by some employees 4) The work from home option is a joke where most senior managers end up working at home whilst consistently under-performing - and the management seem to ignore that. 5) High attrition rate with a majority of people leaving in under a year (again mainly because the business has repeatedly been hiring the wrong people for the job)
