Pros

Sales reps are very friendly. Location is very close to journal square path stop.

Cons

Be up front with the role candidates are applying for, people waste their time and money coming to these interviews just to get disappointed. Also, start treating your recruiters with more respect, they bring your business. Lack of professional communication and favoritism is evident as well.

Pros

I honestly do not believe there were any pros about this opportunity, except that I learned more about myself and how hard I am willing to work for how little compensation. Not this hard.

Cons

This company lures candidates with little to no experience and tells them there is no glass ceiling within the company. However, their advertisements of a marketing career are invalid. They are a direct marketing company - i.e. Direct SALES (door to door salesmanship in NYC) which is generally unsolicited and illegal entry into buildings in unsafe and impoverished neighborhoods. The companies you represent are generally not supported by the BBB (energy companies scamming low income residents with flex rates). Generally, not a good job for anyone with any skills or education. The company requires you to work M-S for a minimum of 10 hours a day. This is non-negotiable, regardless of how good your sales are.
