is least bothered, they only look for the numbers of products dispatched/sold.
4. Surviving on the great foundation put by some of the best employees, no
innovations.
5. Management doesn't care whether you stay in the company or leave the
company.
6. WIPRO believes in "EMPTY POCKET IN AND EMPTY POCKET OUT" its only
uttered during training sessions. No one cares whether you join from the
competitor or you go to the competitor or you bring competitors data.
7. HR's doesn't interact with the employees who work at the ground level at shop
floor, labs, R&D, PE, etc..
8. I am not a frustrated employee, I have seen couple of good managers who really
took care of their peers and encouraged, motivated and involved in all projects.
9. Present managers have least experience in Hydraulics and not bothered about
any projects, for them delivery it utmost important, whether the cylinder works
or fails. At least they should be ashamed while withdrawing their salary.
10. Managers have an attitude that they are only paid for making decisions, I
want to tell you that making decision after the failure of the product is a crime.
