      Do not work here if you have a choice for something better. This company is going downhill!!

      Pros

      A lot of social functions good for entry level experience some of the people you work with are some of the kindest and most genuine (They are truly under valued)

      Cons

      Absolute minimum pay. Pay plans make no sense Highly unorganized Policy is only enforced when convenient Favoritism is rampant "Family Oriented" (This clearly does not matter to this company) Work life balance is terrible (This might be good if you don't have a life outside of work) Staffing issues Training issues 3 sick days (This is post COVID) 80 maximum hours of vacation Job descriptions are not accurate at all
