      Great culture, flexibility and people

      Pros

      Witekio has a great culture, flexibility (hybrid, remote, working hours) and people are great. As a company has a great potential for growth, engineers can work on some interesting projects and there is lots of collaboration and help from others. Overall great company to work for.

      Cons

      Not many downsides, unless you are looking for an office that has a buzz and lots of people in the office, then Witekio wouldn't be for you.

      Witekio offers great flexibility, invests in the team and is really focused on creating an environment where everyone's voice can be heard. The leadership team really cares about the people and strives to make Witekio the best place to work at in tech.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast, so sometimes processes can fall behind. Other than that - it's great!

      * Excellent team of engineers. * Flexible contracts * Good variety of projects to work on. * People are empowered to make their own reputation by their commitment and actions. * Great support from people across the company. * As technology careers go, the rewards are good. * High probability of international work (and travel).

      Cons

      Probably not to everyone's tastes: * Rapid pace of business. * Service industry requires extreme focus on utilisation KPIs * Training is very much "on the job" Holiday allowance could be better
