Pros
Opportunity to negotiate for stocks when joining. The Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) is good where you can buy discounted shares. They pay OK and there is a bonus system. Staff everywhere except Belfast get stock. Belfast is level dependent. Very much an elitist approach. Although some negotiated stock so financial inequity is rife across the org.
Cons
* Micromanagement in a toxic hierarchy - managers believe the employees exist to provide them with their position but really their position should exist to provide their staff with opportunities to excel * No training * Recruitment and the processes are a mess * No culture in the Belfast office. Nobody comes in to the office and there is no effort to engage virtually. It's always work related * Senior leaders are constantly playing power politics among themselves and don't agree on a way forward. It filters down to everyone * Extremely long working hours. As a Recruiter, 25 reqs is the NORM PER RECRUITER!! 25 different Hiring Managers and different roles. Complete madness. Work life balance is non existent
