      Not managing Tax Payers Money - Theft of IT Assets

      Pros

      The usual stuff such as Holidays, Flexi Leave, Salary and there are some really nice people that work for the organisation.

      Cons

      Lack of governance and management of the tax payers money. Whilst working CWC, I raised several issues and one of them being Asset Management - I was told it was not my business or problem and ignored time and time again. Recent article in the local paper headlines -SACKED: Wolverhampton Council worker 'stole new laptops and sold them on eBay'. This is their own IT department and staff. This just touches the surface, there are bigger problems and issues.

      Pros

      Fairly good journey to work and working hours. Salary was good but been cut several times

      Cons

      Cut in salary has been a big heartache. Management always looking for ways to take money from you.
