      wonderful kids; terrible management

      Pros

      The kids and families are the best part - warm, open and loving students who are happy to be there. There is a good feeling of diversity on campus: racial, ethnic, religious and socio-economic status; although it's still mostly a white school.

      Cons

      The administration doesn't listen to their faculty. Or if they listen, they dismiss it and go about their business as planned. It seems they are slowly weeding out the old school, experienced folks and hiring young graduates in their place.

      Pros

      Great students, great colleagues, and staff. The administration needs a major reorganization process

      Cons

      A schedule which is impossible to follow and fulfill. There is a continuous set of deadlines which leaves every employee and students exhausted. The communication between faculty and administration is not existing.

      Warm community atmosphere. The non-faculty divisions like to have fun while getting results. Feels like an academic institution that values and prioritizes students.

      Cons

      Current leadership is not as strong as it could be. There seems to be a divide between the faculty and non-teaching employees.
