      Pros

      35 hour work week, remote working, flex schedules, no nights or weekends (ever!), 2 weeks vacation PLUS the week of 4th of July and the week of New Years off with pay. 401k with match too. The coworkers are smart, kind, positive and happy. You are given a lot of freedom and time to learn and grow. The work is extremely meaningful. Helping people find jobs in a pandemic has been very impactful and rewarding. It feels so good to be making a difference doing a job I love with people I sincerely like and respect.

      Cons

      No healthcare or dental insurance at the moment. They are hoping to offer it when they get bigger.

      Paid week off the week of Christmas & 4th of July. 7 hour work day, flex time and an amazing boss!

      I really can't name anything! It's a startup so you wear a lot of hats, but it's exciting and challenges everyone!

      Pros

      On-boarding Experience: Very free + open, unstructured, minimal goals pushed me more to really work hard & go beyond expectations. 35 hour work week, open communication, flex-time I love the culture & atmosphere here. We're more than just a team. It's okay to not know all the answers as long as you're open to learning & searching for a solution that works for everyone. I love that I'm able to ask questions & be trusted to do my job.
