Terrible place to work

Pros

Good central location, easy to commute to.

Cons

This review is about the London branch. Terrible place to work. Appointed leaders and managers have zero management or people skills. Management cliques, no incentive for hard work, and grinding meaningless stats is the only goal. A complete distrust of employees, feels like being in school all over again. No flexibility or WFH for some staff, management talks down at people and even shouts at staff. A long list but I believe you get the general idea. In short, a toxic place to work if you care about your health and mental well-being.

Pros

- Relatively low base pay, but commission per booking and closed deals can make you a lot of money (especially if you are lucky in inheriting a book of prospects). - Amazing team/office culture. Some of the funniest and most welcoming people to work with that you will never forget. - Yearly all-inclusive company retreats abroad (at a budget). - WeWork office in Shoreditch. * Disclaimer: the negative review in 2023 about the London office is defamation. Knowing that individual and having empathy in their situation, they've exaggerated all the cons about the company without acknowledging their own part in being exited.

Cons

- No WFH - Career progression is often slow and dependent on how well the company is doing in the market. - Unless you are willing to challenge yourself, most leads will come from trade-shows. - Young management team. You'll need to adapt fast and learn things quickly yourself.

Pros

-Very Generous PTO -Commission Structure is good (for a reason)

Cons

- It's a clique: if you are welcomed in the inner circle you will get a lot more chances, and might have a bit more of a positive experience. But being in the inner circle has nothing to do with being professional or being good at your job. If you aren't liked you will be broken down and eventually either quit or fired. -If you aren't best friends with everyone in the office you will not have a good experience - The commission structure is great because virtually no deals close. - Good people get fired and the smart ones can't take it anymore and have to leave -This is not a good environment for anyone out of college who wants to develop and have a great career -The company isn't growing; there's no way to move up unless someone gets fired or quits
