Pros

The full time staff I have worked with are all so friendly and approachable. I have been given so many opportunities to develop my skills and it has definitely been a worthwhile experience.

Cons

As it is a distance working environment, getting settled in took a lot longer than it would normally in a face to face working environment.

There really are none at all.

Cons

They make up policies whenever they feel like it and don't make sure all their employees know about it. They expect you to work in weather conditions that are completely unsafe. Very unorganized
