Pros
Very good pay, flexible around University work, changing faces and place of work all the time.
Cons
0 hour contracts only so you could get no work one week, but they're usually quite good at giving out shifts if you want them. If you're moving around the place you work all the time you can feel like you don't know what you're doing, but you'll normally stick around the same places.
