      Pros

      Fun environment. Perks while entertaining.

      Cons

      Highly unorganized. Overcommit to their clients, unable to deliver what they sell. Management is unsupportive & unethical. More concerned about how the company “looks” opposed to actually doing the work needed to be successful. President is unaware of the day to day operations & is taken advantage of by management team.

      Pros

      I have loved the last 7 years of working for Workspace Strategies. Karen invests her time to help each employee grow professionally and personally. She is supportive and open to listening to input from employees to grow the company and move them forward with the ever changing landscape of doing business today. My position is remote, however the daily contact with coworkers and Karen provides me the same support as if I was in the office with them.

      Cons

      While working remotely is great and we are always in constant contact, I do miss the in person collaborations.

      Pros

      Fun industry which allows me to be creative with ideas, and interact with many different types of businesses and individuals. Working for a small company allows for close interaction with coworkers who I enjoy working with every day! I have flexibility when needed. I feel heard about my opinions and strategies for improvements.

      Cons

      Working for a management company, it can be difficult to make decisions when you are not the owner of the asset. Managing multiple brands can be difficult at times, but it's also a challenge and keeps me working at my best.
