      Incentives were OK although other staffing companies have much better.

      Cons

      Managers are like the high school girls in the movie "Mean Girls". Catty, jealous, gossipy, back stabbing.

      I can not think of one positive thing to say about Workway

      Cons

      I started with the company when it was just starting owner was a absentee owner the person that was in charge had little experience in the staffiing industry and wanted to grow a business in the real estate /mortgage industry when that industry was on a major downturn.
