      Decent pay and schedule is okay Dental and medical paid for

      Upper management is ruthless lots of backstabbers Different departments don’t help each other at all Company mismanages money terribly tries to be inovative/progressive at the cost of losing millions of dollars Very difficult to get a raise Very rarely get bonuses No stock or other benefits
