Pros
Some very nice people that have been with the Company for a long time. Great and innovative product Company has great potential for growth and additional great selling product if they take time to listen to the experts.
Cons
No communication from top down, long wait time for responses on emails, you will only get what you need if the Kids like you. Not enough time taken for them to listen to true veterans of the Toy Business. No matter what, they are right. CEO only supports what the Kids do. No real solid relationships with any Customers. Most CEOs like to be involved and take feedback from the Buyers very seriously, not here. No one else is ever right, only the Family. When issues arise, all Executives disappear.
