Support team is always helpful. You can have a struggle to write a particular paper and they will always call the client (if time allows) to clarify any point you want to know.

Cons

sometimes they are not fast enough in chats

My path here as a freelance writer started at 2018 and it was my saving during Covid times, as I had remote work and could earn my living. Quite a simple platform, everything is clear and accessible.

Cons

Hard work brought no cons for me here.

I worked for alsmost 3 years with Writerbay and had to temporarily stop due to personal issues, but I plan to come back within some period of time because I liked the way I worked, the orders they offer and my working schedule. Support Team disabled by account and I will be able to re-enable it at any time. Just waiting to come back soon.

Cons

I liked this platform, I never thought about any troubles to be and it was smooth all the time.
