Just Important thing if you are going to join here
1. No salary for your notice period, and you will get full torture and blames during this period for 3 months or may be more.
2. No releaving/experience letter if you are not being their slave. Or even if you ask for your rights also then that's it. They want slave dog not a skilled employee.
3. No background verification will be done, Once you leave and join another company. Even if you will ask them they will ignore or give negative feedback only.
4. Initially you will get promise for flexible and positive work environment but within a month you will realise that you need to work for 12 hours per day and 6 days per week and sometime on Sunday also because he will tell it's a critical time.
5. Holidays and Vacation leave is on paper only, Practically you won't get any leaves. If you become sick also you have to come to office and work. Because Jit Goel will tell you take paracetamol and come to office, their is nothing to get sick. If you will take leave for any emergency then also 3 days salary will be deducted from salary for every single leave you will take.
6. Salary will be delayed every month and you will get salary only after 15th or 20th of next month and for that also you have to beg from them.
I have seen some good experience and strong skill employees worked here for longer periods had to leave organisation without salary, releaving letter and becoming helpless. I queried to multiple former employees from LinkedIn they also had the similar things from this company and they abusing badly to this CEO Jit Goel and this Xcel Corp even after they left company long before.
Verdict: Your experience is of no use if you worked for this company.
