      The work is interesting and AI driven

      Cons

      There is a real lack of communication and everything is drip fed through word of mouth rather than centrally. In the last town hall, the CEO praised the people that worked in the evening and on weekends and said that that was the kind of work ethic we should all aspire to.

      Easy as there is only one advantage: Fully remote

      Cons

      Toxic and high pressure environment with no recognition of your efforts. Leadership team only cares about themselves. Lack of top down communication. Poor mid-management. Lots of strong individuals but lack of understanding what is team work and how to care about people
