Pros

Good pay, and benefits, and lots of flexible working

Cons

Very difficult to get promoted into senior positions as a woman. Inexperienced managers run the show.

Pros

- Learn & Teach culture - Friendliness and coaching opportunities are there, just need to ask for them - Good pay - Flexible work environment, wfh, last minute holiday requests - Exposed to new products all the time, so very dynamic

Cons

- Strategy is all over the place and even if we have one, we respect it partially or only when it suits us - Lots of people leaving from the old AppNexus creating massive knowledge gaps - Lots of people joining Xandr but not all are great - No policy for underperformance or at least it seems like it

Pros

- Smart and friendly people. Serendipitous however, they mainly got lucky with hiring, because they stopped hiring for candidate potential, but for candidate's network. Results in some people that just talk hot air, no substance, no action. - Open communication culture - Good pay (but no progression) - Sophisticated technology, great clients, good growth - Career progression at least OK for services teams

Cons

- Middle management and execs are hit and miss. The really excellent ones are in the minority. - Vastly different experience (learning, progression, work/life balance), depending on the team and manager - Loads of people left who hit the progression wall, executives just hire externally, instead of promote internally, especially for team and pod leads. IC roles are always on the junior side of things.
