I loved working for my supervisors. They were transparent about the goals of the company and what it would take for us to get there.

Cons

Technically it was a difficult job, it required a lot of time and focus to do the job well.

Great company, great business practices, great environment, great people. Plenty of room for growth and personal development.

too much fun. salaries were also a touch low when I was there. not bad but could certainaly be better
