      Interesting technology, opportunities to travel, decent compensation, good work/life balance

      Cons

      No sense of direction, no sense of cohesion; departments seem to compete against one another, instead of working together and achieving common goals

      Pros

      Most of the people at Xeikon are great people excluding the VP and higher level staff. The technology was good but often over engineered to be more complicated than it should be.

      Cons

      The leadership team in the US is self centered. They under pay for what people are truly worth. They make promises that they have no intent to keep and put poor people into middle management to drive away the good workers. They say they strive for customer excellence but I saw more machines leave customer site rather than installing.
