Though quite some employees are fun the overall atmosphere is not very joyful. Main reason to avoid this company is the owner/managing director. He has a vision but can’t translate this to a well functioning company. He can be very moody, wants to pull all strings and keep micro-managing. Bad results and bad decisions are never his fault. The management is weak as it’s the owner’s way or the highway. The proposition is interesting but the solution isn’t (anymore). People in key positions tend to leave the company pretty fast after joining. Sooner or later you will be confronted with the erratic acting of the owner. Think twice before you join this club. .
