      Pros

      - Exceptional team of professionals. Good synergy. Real nice and helpful colleagues. - Nice location. - many technical challenges and opportunities to learn in networking technologies.

      Cons

      - Long salary delays by times. Luck of transparency about it. - old fashion upper management.

      Pros

      Great environment. Lots of smart people and an interesting technology to work on. Great location with a view of the mountain and panoramic windows, and great places nearby for lunch. Parking is hard but ask for parking and they will probably pay for it. The pay, benefits and bonus are all pretty good if you are prepared to work.

      Cons

      Management can push pretty hard, XipLink tries to some some relatively unique networking challenges sooner than anyone else, so there can be pressure associated with that. Not a place to coast.
