      Pros

      The work-life balance is fairly healthy for a consultancy and the people in the London office were lovely!

      Cons

      The PayScale transparency is severely lacking and it seems that for an engineering firm, HR has way too much control

      Great atmosphere & people

      Pros

      A growing environment with a really positive atmosphere. Lots of clever people who are good at integrating and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Need to increase in size further to avoid being stretched at times but market is often reactive and demanding so this is sometime an unavoidable part of the job.

      - Encourage sport activities - A lot of social events - Healthy revenue streams

      Cons

      - Dominated by an inner circle of Aberdeen natives. - Management seem to always point fingers at subordinates when they loose work / contracts. - Given the small size, not enough career opportunities for non-engineers. - Some rude members of management, especially in the London and Dubai offices. - CEO was not easy to get along with.
