This company cares about their staff, truly. Managers are supportive and knowledgeable. Work is remote or hybrid. Benefits are excellent.

Cons

Budget for staff, wages could be better but the other perks and staff make it such a great team environment.

Overall compensation package is very competitive with benefits & RRSP’s. The work is diverse and I have very supportive managers and coworkers. I’ve worked at other companies and they don’t have the same opportunities that Xpera does.

Cons

None if this is a career you are serious about.
