      1. International exposure. 2. Very good clients and Australian projects. 3. Using latest tech stac kgiving exposure to new technology. 4. Good team mates technically and friendly. 5. Flexible leave policies. 6. Good salary hikes (sometimes there is delay though). 7. Friendly environment.

      1. Sometimes there is micromanagement 2. Some policies need to be improved 3. Need more entertainment sessions
