I worked with YAAP for nearly about 3 years and without any bias, I would say that it has so far been the most memorable time of my professional journey that I will forever cherish. At YAAP, opportunities are in abundance. They have great clients from across industries and the projects they score are of great worth. I believe that delegation of such projects comes down to those who are good at what they do, so it really depends on what you make of your time at this agency. I remember my colleagues not just for the projects or clients we worked on together but for how amazing they were individually and I’m glad I met them. My Manager, Avantika, was always supportive and very approachable and everybody in the team absolutely adores her. Jahan was always full of amazing insights which were always great to learn, and it was always fun collaborating with him on various projects. Our big boss, Manan, has some magic up his sleeves that never fails to charm any client. They absolutely love him, and he is great at what he does and always fun when you speak with him off-work! Garima is really, really sweet and you’ll always enjoy her presence and definitely a great content writer! The overall vibe of the agency is very young and relaxed but not be mistaken for having a slacking work culture. Everybody has responsibilities, and you are trusted for accomplishing them.
