      Pros

      Great perks, humane way of treating people, fab core team who support you in your work at clients. One of the few places I would actually go back to work for despite having left. The projects are interesting, and the extended parental leave offers something unparalleled. As a person with neurodivergent needs, I was also offered respectful additional support when I asked, which was much appreciated. Project work so lots of opportunity to try different things and learn new domains you might not otherwise explore!

      Cons

      Slightly opaque progression pathway that largely depends on your line manager. Pay slightly lower than can be offered "in-house" by certain industries and companies, but that is to be expected given the consultancy nature of the work.
