Mostly lovely staff given the circumstances

Cons

Horrific transphobic comments made by management and security towards guests, lack of any sort of training plan, sexual harassment seen as a joke and not taken seriously, poor management, often left alone when help is urgently needed. Just an absolute shambles of a job.

Great hotel product and once upon a time, a great place to work.

Cons

Poor hiring especially at senior management level. Only there for the pay package. Ill informed decisions and changes as hardly considered the staff on the job
