      Pros

      YSS has given me an opportunity to do my life’s best work. Grateful daily for purpose driven work, getting paid to create hope and opportunity, surrounded by compassionate professionals who care deeply about creating impact in the lives of youth and young adults.

      Cons

      Many of the stories of the youth, we serve are tragic and riddled with trauma.
