It's easy work I guess?

Company policy that you can't talk to co-workers if it's not work related. Very, Very tedious. Very low wage. Nepotism in every area of the company. They expect you to pump out orders and work at an inhuman speed and if you don't you're in trouble by higher ups. There is no comradery because you can't get to know your co-workers on a personal basis, but they expect you to be gung ho and team player and one team. You aren't allowed to sit in the area I work in. The turn over rate is INSANE. Most of the people I work with have been there for a year or less, not including management.

The best reason I can think of to work here if you enjoy being stressed or extremely bored, this will be great for you

It is run by the owners family and they do not care about new/ people who’ve work there for a long time. It is a common thing in this company to be looking for other jobs. This place is extremely unprofessional, and there is a chance they tamper with your hours to pay you less. It is also common for people to call OSHA on these people because it is a not safe place

• No retirement. • Will tell you to feel free to give them feedback and ideas about how to improve things but will shut you down and tell you that you’re wrong • Expects you to be 100% dedicated to them but the same as not offered to you. • Not enough PTO or Unpaid leave available. • Warehouse conditions but retail pay • Monitored bathroom breaks • very uncomfortable chairs and workstations to increase productivity • working on most holidays • No timely raises for extra work
