      - You get free yoga classes?

      Cons

      - Self conscious, judgemental leadership that favors individuals - Not feeling challenged in the right way. Leadership isn't very intelligent so you aren't challenged intellectually but the company has limited resources so you really learn how to scrape pennies - Lack of ethnic and gender diversity in head office which creates a toxic environment - Crooked business practices where they leverage an employee's personal resources for YYOGA's own corporate benefit - Horrible pay and benefits

      * Chill environment * Flexibility around schedule * Fun people to work with * Stress-free

      * Very low wage * Lack of trust from upper and middle management * Management wants too much from employees for what they get paid for * Not challenging enough, repetitive work * High turnover * Performance review process is a joke

      Pros

      Everyone that works with you is great, super friendly coworkers. Free yoga. Good company values.

      Cons

      Very low wages with almost no possibility of a raise or forward advancement. Really hard to get time off or shifts covered. Communication between head office and centres is lacking.
