Pros

Yieldr is a young dynamic company and has a great offering in a very competitive market. It is forward thinking and the majority of its employees feel very strongly that the service and value that it can bring is unique to the market. The technology is advanced and unique selling points of the solution make it a nice product to speak about. The salaries are competitive and the offices are nice etc.

Cons

Yieldr has repeatedly changed its strategy in the short time since I have worked there. Management seem to sometimes be at loggerheads as to the best course of the company and this is apparent to the majority of employees. Job cuts and changes are rife and there is definitely a feeling of uncertainty within the offices. Many people have been let go due to money loss, lack of performance and general dissatisfaction however this is not often communicated in such a way as to make the employees feel secure in their roles. Instead there is a sense that everyone is at risk of losing their position and so the general working environment could be improved for those that value job security and transparency.

Pros

Some smart people work here in the Amsterdam office, clever technology.

Cons

Very inexperienced management team, no clear structure, zero business ethics, sales people are asked to lie to clients - fake it till you make it is the motto. e.g. they say they have a lot of clients in the airline industry, but it should say HAD. Most of them dont want to work with this company. Clients are dissatisfied and walk away and the previous name YD sets off alarm bells with Dutch advertisers. CFO ran away after 3 months for no clear reason, COO fires people whenever he pleases and without any reason.
