Pros
It is a paying job. Okay as a Temp gig.
Cons
Do not care about you at all unless you're bringing in money for them. You will be underpaid-- though that is more of a symptom of contracting companies in general, not just them. Very little input from management (if there are any people in management??). Incredibly disorganized. No vacation or PTO. Site closures/holidays are not paid.

Pros
Good pay, good experience, and easy to work with. They were friendly and the interview process was quick and easy.
Cons
Good place to work, but there is a lack of communication between employer and employees. The pay is not negotiable.
