It's a job, if you don't have one

Cons

Terrible company, management has terrible people skills. If you want to break your back all day for peanuts go ahead....pay is way below competition. Go elsewhere. Commission rate is 5.5% terrible. There was one raise in the last TEN years!

Cult like company stuck behind the times. They don’t know how to transform into this generation and never will. I never met a happy customer and I’m surprised they are still around. They don’t want certain business because they know they can’t service them. Management is a joke. Service is the worst I’ve seen. Very sexist culture. Manager treats employees as if they are all idiots and berates them and continues to when they aren’t around. Lacks self awareness and ability to manage. Blames failures on everyone else and doesn’t accept responsibility for the plant.

30 percent 401k match, cheap insurance

Cons

Heavy product, long hours, No central HR, required to work weekend of the holidays, underpaid, poor maintained vehicles, No AC, filthy trucks. Constant customer complaints affecting employee morale. Lack of discipline. Lack of professionalism. Job is extremely stressful no AC in trucks as well as they are poorly maintained to a point it is unsafe for the road they all have multiple OT DOT violations they wait until the vehicle breaks or is inoperable then decide to fix it trucks are absolutely filthy…the company overworks most of its employees and pushes off whatever they can on the next person constantly expecting more but never to there satisfaction. pay is extremely low considering the hours and nature of the work customer complaints are a constant issue there's no support from management there's no central HR so employees can say and do what they want with no ramifications or consequences unless the manager chooses to do something which is never the case. PTO is the worse in the business starting out with 1 week after 1 year required to work the weekends after holidays
