Their are no pros to working for this company! They're underpaid and overworked. When coming in I was promised 14/her when I signed on it went to 10, I work in the Atlanta area and if you are considered this company, DONT!

Cons

Cons? That's laughable everything about this place is a con from the management to the pay don't work here!

The people I work with are probably the best. Also a good benefit if your really into sales this job is for you. You get paid an hourly rate and commission.

Cons

Management is to sales driven isn't understanding. Working for this company is an headache.

Hours 10-6 or 11-7 Pay is ok if you are working your way through school. If you have a 4 year degree DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Cons

Commission structure changes frequently and sometimes even within month. Performance is not rewarded. Company has favorites. Poor Management No Training
