Pros
I have to think hard...and long to find any pros to write about working for this company. I guess you could say it is EOE since they hire all ethnics and employ a lot of minorities. They allow flexible scheduling (pointless since they don't have any jobs available for you) And now they are advertising themselves as an auto repair leader (which may be true...if they count leading into the wrong direction as they are) And finally, they claim you will be making $45-55 an hour (yes, you will be paid flat-rate...and their hourly determination is geared to look low for the customer at your expense. You will NOT be paid for traffic travel time, picking up parts, opening the order, explaining to the customer, checking the vehicle, verifying your work, collecting from the customer and returning parts. Heaven forbid you should get the wrong parts or missed part!)
Cons
Their slogan is "for mechanics to do what they love" which is fixing cars. Yes, if you want to work with NO technical help or assistance AT ALL. You are literally ON YOUR OWN! Your mechanic just want to book a job for you and collect. YOU pay for your gas, vehicle, tools, supplies and do your own record keeping and file your 1099. The office is full of ignorant people run by ignoramous people!
