      - Being part of an amazing and hungry growth team of an early stage start-up - Being a part of a 0-1 journey - 1-to-1 founder mentorship - Being surrounded and working together with a bunch of crazy smart-working people - Being able to see the value and impact of the work you do everyday

      - Longer hours but it's about learning how to scale yourself by doing more with less - Competitive work place culture

      The work environment is extremely friendly and there is a great learning curve. They are very flexible with working hours.

      Cant think of any but maybe that it is slightly hard to get promotions

      Freedom to share your own ideas, friendly colleagues, and open-door culture. You will learn from veterans in the industry.

      Cons

      Sometimes you will go beyond your job scope and work longer hours. If you are uncomfortable going beyond your job scope, this place is not for you. There is a lack of standardized processes given that it is a startup. If you need handholding or don’t know how to troubleshoot your own questions, look somewhere else.
