Lack of Innovation, Poorly Managed

Business outlook

Pros

Salary is decent for the work and the people in the UK office are incredibly smart and driven, in the face of a poorly managed business. Free breakfast once a month.

Cons

Everything is managed out of the US, with the UK treated as a satellite office. Extremely low morale in the UK. The business has fallen drastically behind the curve on the technology front with out a coherent strategy in place to deal with the shift to programmatic or the unique challenges that the industry faces in the UK.
Management is based in the US and is unresponsive to emails.

Pros

It is an international company. It is a Video and Mobile network, digital advertising. Offices in US and EU and India. Digital Video Advertising is the core product.

Cons

They are very well positioned in US, but stil expanding in Europe. Being quite big, company is still adopting effective technologies and sometimes suffers of lack of flexibility working on business opportunities.
