Pros

Money...!! You have any concern? throw the money on face it will get resolved eventually is the ideology they have.

Cons

1. Pathetic management and Pathetic micromanagement. You won't be allowed to do any work on your own(even if it adds value to the company). 2. You will be forced to work according to the customer's needs. Building a product on behalf of a customer(IDK, how you call this a product-based company?) This is different this is not customer centric. 3. Your works will never be recognized or maximum words you get on your works... 'This is part of your roles and responsibility'. They compare employees like fish vs monkeys and say as a fish, you aren't climbing a tree like monkey. And for a monkey, you can't able to swim underwater like fish. 4. You have no right to voice out against management. If you do, they place you in a state where you can't raise voices. 5. They showcase as they are being a unicorn startup and want to become a world-class company with poor business partners, poor appraisal cycles, unethical work culture, no human empathy, no care towards employee mental health 6. They speak every time about employee benefits but never care about employee work-life balance. They just extract works from you (like sugarcane) as much as they want and leave you nothing except depression and anxiety. Like KGF2, no matter what happens to employees, work should not stop and deadlines should not be breached. You need to race between sun and moon every day 7. You need to work 24*7 in all departments(engineering/sales/marketing/ops). You are a note-worthy/responsible person only if you do works on your leave days. They call it 'Cautiousness/Handling urgency/Customer centric'. 8. Some of the people in upper management are straight demotivating factors. 9. Very unhealthy/exhausting appraisal cycles. They will only tell you the appraisal by June even if they collect all the data by Feb end. 10. Process management - Every team has its own 20 sets of the process(approximately). Every management head who joins changes all the 20 processes at any instant and leaves the company in 3-4 months or changes his vertical. New guys come in place and this change of process continues forever 11. Culture - They will check for product culture fit round for SE/SSE(ic1-2) levels but they hire all service-minded people to upper management and call them stack-holders. 12. If you have 12-15+yrs of exp, you are hired no matter what and given VP immediately. You can impose stuff and order people to work for your needs. 13. They only want to hire world-class people and they set the interview bar at a very high stake. Eventually, no one will fill in the place and all the work needs to be done by the existing same small group of employees. You might need to handle multiple works at once(remember everything is your 'role and responsibility only) 14. If you have the talent to sugarcoat upper management, you can survive along with your skills. If you solely have skills, very difficult to work here 15. They always want every employee to hustle, live in the moment and survive like a cockroach. If people on levels above you makes mistake, they will cement and bury those stuff without even letting anyone know. But, if an employee at SE/SSE makes a mistake, you are solely letting the company down(NEED TO HANDLE VERY CAREFULLY). 16. Last but not least, they even force you to put positive reviews on Glassdoor. Before looking for reviews, check how many reacted to 5-star reviews and poor reviews. Not all people will post fake reviews. They pour these many statements only if they experience the kinds of stuff. PS: HR and Brand Marketing team please do not reply back to this review as its part of your roles and responsibility, please understand the pain points of the employees. HRBP you guys are in the company for the employees not for the management

Pros

1. You many be hired at a good package only to be fired months or can be days later 2. You can learn great boss pleasing skills (GK pleasing skills to be precise-Join here to know whats GK referred in here) from CxOs or more specifically CPO's and CBO's. 3. You can finally keep your brains at rest after so many years of hardwork in your previous orgs since Yubi does not do anything which would require graduate level intellect. Its a fintech with neither fin or tech. We are just agents/brokers formally dressed and trying to trap customers without any value add 4. Master the skill of LBDN-look busy, do nothing- Buy good quality earpods before joining in here as you need to be braced to join multiple meaningless meetings. 5. Too much budget on flights-Literally fly anywhere in India you want, try new local cuisines there and come back since your client discussion could have happened on a 5 min phone call 6. You would get to work with CxOs and leaders who would elsewhere be unemployed or maybe working at a very junior level

Cons

1. Before you join this company please speak to an employee ( who is not looking out for other opportunities outside, hard to find though) of the org or at least do a market check 2. 5 star reviews here are posted by highly demotivated HRs who themselves are not in a mood to rate the company 5star. The review itself will speak mass about the genuineness of the reviews and how highly motivated the HR team is while posting the reviews 3. Career spoiler specially for freshers and college pass outs. Understand that you folks are the desperate ones but dont ruin your future joining in here unless you want to be a broker/agent your entire life 4. You will be told stories of lot of multi millionaires who have exited the company amassing huge amount of wealth-Beware they were a part of the parent company- Vivriti Capital whose founder is driven by logic and brains. Not sure if they are really multi-millionaires though 5. Check the pedigree of the founder before you join here- Successfully managed to start 4 failed companies before this (In his own terms) 6. Huge fundraising- Credit again goes to the logic and intellect driven founder of Vivriti Capital (VS) who successfully managed to diverge his own line of business and protect his company atleast. The guy is so smart he created the sister company- Yubi/Credavenue and dumped all the garbages (employees) he did not want in his company here including the founder 7. Understand every org have challenges and they need to fire people- but firing people just because you did not like them or might not have pleased you is next level 8. They do not want intellects now in the company as the founder have finally managed to crack the business model of the company and he knows he does not require skilled workers to drive the company 9. Respect for PE investors who invested in this company have gone down- This itself potrays the due diligence investors does on a company while investing. Very sure why many of Sequioa's investments have gone bad 10. If you are reading this review since you are a recent hire- Congrats you have just helped the founder to improve the evergrowing attrition rate 11. HR- HR over here practices retention discussion with employees and motivational lectures to employees while they themselves serve notice 12. A word of caution to College campus freshers- I know you guys are desperate but think of it this way-If a toilet cleaning company visits your campus with a good package and asks you to clean toilets would you join that? No, right! Same here. Why did I quote the example of toilet cleaning here- 1. Because it does not requires brains-Same would be here 2. You will have no real experience. So why not wait and join something decent even the pay is much less, thank me later for this 13. Founder should be a case study in MBA colleges of how not to drive a company 14. The founder himself have historically not been able to crack what he is trying to say while he delivers long long speeches

Worst Organization Ever

Pros

There are no pros apart from big offices which are meaning less if there are no values and culture in the organization.

Cons

This is the worst ever organization I have been too. Zero work - life balance. Mostly everyone is a boot licker. Very few people has understanding of what they are actually doing. The tech platform and talk is a total fad. There is high level of politics in every department. The management keeps on fooling the employees. They promise the hikes and goes back on their words, delay the promotions and promised hikes. HR has no power at all, they are just puppets in the hands of the management and the department heads. The product is worse and total shame in the name of tech. They are living their life on the basis of past accolades and laurels. Business heads are soo arrogant that they openly tell people; they will be fired soon if business didn't pick up however the business heads themselves does not know anything. Tech leaders don't know what they are doing and why they are doing, absolute chaos, no guidance. The reviews are very negative in the market. Many have left the organization and many of them are waiting to go after seeing 1st opportunity. There is no profitability in the company. Management fools people by saying everyone will become rich through ESOPs and keep the salaries very low. They literally tell their employees that they are nothing and fortunate to have a job with Yubi.
