      You'll be surrounded by talented, mission-driven individuals who are clearly engineers in their prime. Nice compensation and benefits, and a wonderful people ops

      It might sometimes feel like people are working far below their capabilities. This makes it feel like those same highly skilled engineers aren't sufficiently motivated
